Structure

This front suspension shock absorber upper right bracket is manufactured by integrated precision casting using high-strength alloy cast steel. It features an asymmetric structural design, combining a flat mounting plate with multiple precision-drilled bolt holes and a reinforced shock absorber pivot seat. The surface is treated with black high-temperature anti-corrosion coating, and key fitting surfaces and pivot holes are precision-machined for zero-clearance assembly.

Performance

Made of high-grade alloy cast steel with quenching and tempering treatment, the bracket offers excellent structural rigidity and impact resistance to withstand continuous alternating loads from the shock absorber under heavy-duty working conditions. The anti-corrosion coating provides outstanding resistance to gravel impact, salt spray corrosion and high-temperature aging, ensuring stable mechanical performance in the temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
