Structure

This engine cylinder head bolt is a high-strength precision fastener assembly exclusively engineered for heavy-duty diesel engines. It adopts a one-piece forged structure consisting of a cylindrical inner hexagon drive head, a smooth polished shank with precise diameter tolerance, and a full-length high-precision threaded section. The entire component undergoes a black oxide heat treatment finish, presenting a uniform matte black appearance, and the thread pitch strictly complies with OE specifications to ensure a perfect fit with the cylinder block and head.

Performance

Forged from premium 42CrMoA alloy steel and subjected to a full-process quenching and tempering heat treatment, the bolt achieves a tensile strength grade of 12.9, exhibiting exceptional fatigue resistance and yield strength. It can withstand the extreme alternating loads and high combustion pressures inside the engine cylinder, maintaining a stable clamping force of up to 180kN. The black oxide finish provides superior resistance to high-temperature oxidation and engine oil corrosion, and it maintains structural stability in the temperature range of -50°C to 200°C.
