Product Introduction

Structure

This cabin turning bush is a one-piece integral structural bushing exclusively engineered for the pivot joint of heavy-duty truck cab suspension systems. It adopts a stepped cylindrical design, consisting of a high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel inner core and an outer layer of high-performance elastomer with a matte gray anti-corrosion finish. The top features a precision-machined counterbore structure for axial positioning, and the inner bore is a smooth, honed surface designed for a tight fit with the cab pivot shaft.

Performance

The composite structure combines the high rigidity of alloy steel and the excellent damping performance of elastomer. It can withstand the complex alternating loads of torsion, compression and shear generated during cab turning and vibration. The product maintains stable physical and mechanical properties in the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, resisting elastomer aging, cracking and steel core corrosion.
