Structure
This 2L plastic transparent steering oil tank is a multi-material integrated hydraulic reservoir assembly, featuring a two-section structural design of a high-transparency PC (polycarbonate) upper tank and a reinforced PA66+GF lower base. T The lower base is integrally molded with threaded hydraulic oil ports (inlet and outlet) and mounting lugs, and the tank wall is marked with clear “MAX/MIN” oil level indicator lines for real-time oil level monitoring.
Performance
The PC transparent tank has excellent impact resistance, high temperature resistance and UV resistance, ensuring long-term clarity without yellowing and easy observation of oil quality and level. The PA66+GF lower base features high structural rigidity and oil resistance, capable of withstanding the hydraulic pressure impact of the steering system. The stainless steel filter core has high filtration precision (≥80μm) and corrosion resistance, effectively intercepting impurities in the oil.
