Structure

This height control valve is a precision-engineered pneumatic-mechanical assembly, consisting of a black cast aluminum valve body, a multi-layer rubber bellows boot, and a stainless steel control lever. The valve body features multiple pneumatic ports with threaded fittings for air line connection, while the rubber boot protects the internal linkage from dust and debris. The control lever is designed for direct attachment to the suspension system, with a ball joint for smooth articulation. The entire assembly is finished with a black anti-corrosion coating, and the valve body is marked with clear port identification for easy installation.

Performance

The cast aluminum valve body provides exceptional strength and corrosion resistance, while the rubber boot is formulated from high-grade EPDM rubber to deliver excellent resistance to ozone, UV radiation, and chemical corrosion. The valve operates reliably at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 80°C, ensuring consistent performance in heavy-duty truck operation.
