The spline tooth surface is precision ground to ensure meshing accuracy, and the shaft body has no welds for integral structural strength

• Performance: The high-hardness spline surface (HRC58-62) resists severe wear and shear force during high-torque transmission; the integral forging and reinforced shaft shoulder design ensure excellent torsion and bending resistance, avoiding deformation or fracture under full-load start and heavy hauling conditions; the precision ground splines realize zero-clearance meshing, reducing gear meshing noise and vibration
