Structure: One-piece forgingof high-strength 20CrMnTi alloy steel, the input shaft and 1st gear are integrated without any press-fit structure. The clutch connection end is designed with small-spec external involute splines, the transmission end is integrated with 1st gear teeth, and the middle journal is precision-machined for matching with the front small bearing of the 10-speed transmission. No reserved press-fit positions for other gears on the shaft body.

1st gear exclusive torque transfer: The integrated 1st gear meshes with the countershaft 1st gear of the 10-speed transmission to achieve the highest torque multiplication ratio for the starting and low-speed climbing of medium-light load trucks (30t below).

Simplified shaft support: The precision-machined small journal matches the dedicated bearing of the 10-speed transmission, maintaining the coaxiality of the input shaft during rotation and avoiding radial runout in medium-load scenarios.
