The whole assembly is treated with anti-corrosion coating, with the part number clearly marked for OE matching.
Performance
The balance shaft is made of forged alloy steel with quenching and tempering treatment for high strength and fatigue resistance. The housing adopts high-performance ductile iron with strong rigidity and shock resistance. The matched bearings and seals ensure stable rotation, low noise, and long service life under heavy load and vibration. The assembly works reliably in -40°C to 120°C environment, with good salt spray resistance and aging resistance.
