Structure

This shock absorber is a hydraulic twin-tube damping assembly, constructed from high-strength alloy steel. It features a precision-machined outer cylinder and a polished inner piston rod, both finished with a matte gray anti-corrosion coating. The assembly is equipped with two rubber bushings at each end, vulcanized to steel inner sleeves, which provide flexible, vibration-damping connection points for chassis and suspension attachment. The rod guide and seal assembly is precision-engineered to prevent fluid leakage and ensure smooth, consistent operation.

Performance

The hydraulic damping system is designed to deliver precise, progressive damping force, effectively absorbing and dissipating road impacts and vibrations. The high-grade hydraulic fluid and multi-lip seal design ensure reliable performance in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, while the alloy steel construction provides exceptional durability and resistance to fatigue.
