Structure

This rocker arm support adopts an integrated structural design of high-strength cast iron base and precision-machined alloy steel pivot shaft. The square base is designed with six evenly distributed precision-drilled mounting holes for stable chassis fixation, and the central vertical pivot shaft is integrally press-fitted with the base, featuring a threaded top end and color-coded identification lines for precise rocker arm assembly positioning.

Performance

Crafted from premium ductile cast iron, the base exhibits excellent structural rigidity and impact resistance, capable of withstanding the cyclic loads of the rocker arm system under heavy-duty operation. The alloy steel pivot shaft has a surface hardness of HRC 58-62, ensuring ultra-high wear resistance and fatigue strength.
