Product Introduction
This is a heavy-duty right output shaft assembly for the 10-speed HW19710 transmission, engineered for higher torque and longer service life under severe conditions.

Material & Forging: Monoblock forging from high-strength 20CrMnTi carburized alloy steelfor superior torsional rigidity and impact resistance.

Preassembled Components: Integrated 3rd (28-tooth, module 3.25) and 4th (32-tooth, module 3.0) gears, heavy-duty needle roller bearings (GCr15), and precision-ground support journals.

Heat Treatment: Full carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding on gear teeth achieve surface hardness HRC 58–62(anti-pitting/wear) and core hardness HRC 33–45 (anti-fracture). The shaft undergoes high frequency quenching for wear resistance.

Spline & Interface: 16-tooth external spline (φ50 mm) at the axle end for secure differential engagement.
