The shaft features an external spline section (16 teeth) at the axle end for differential engagement, and the gear teeth undergo full carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding, achieving surface hardness HRC 58–62(anti-pitting/wear) and core hardness HRC 33–45 (anti-impact fracture).

Performance: The monoblock forging eliminates gear-shaft assembly gaps, ensuring high torsional rigidity for medium-load operation. The hardened gear surfaces resist wear in frequent shifting scenarios, while the precision journal maintains shaft concentricity, reducing running noise and bearing wear.

Medium-load power output: Transmits torque from the transmission countershaft to the left drive axle, supporting the load capacity of the HW19710 transmission.

Multi-speed torque transfer: The integrated 1st/2nd gears mesh with the countershaft gears to deliver torque across low-speed driving scenarios.
