Structure: Precision machined from high-strength 40Cr alloy steel, featuring an external involute tooth profile (20 teeth) designed for meshing with the oil pump internal gear ring. The inner bore has 16 splines for engagement with the transmission countershaft, which drives the gear directly.
Performance: The high-frequency quenched tooth surface resists wear during long-term meshing with the internal gear ring, maintaining consistent oil pressure for over 50,000 hours of operation. The precision-ground tooth profile ensures uniform meshing, preventing pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable lubrication flow to transmission components. The splined inner bore provides a secure drive connection to the countershaft, eliminating slippage even under peak pump loads.
