The internal gear ring (54 teeth) meshes with the synchronizer sleeve, while the cone surface works with the synchronizer ring to achieve speed synchronization.

Performance: The MoS₂-coated cone surface provides high friction coefficient for rapid speed synchronization (≤0.3s per shift) even under 2500N·m torque. The carburized hub and gear ring resist wear and impact, ensuring over 50,000 shift cycles without deformation. The integrated design eliminates assembly gaps, maintaining precise alignment with the synchronizer ring and sleeve.
