Structure: Precision monoblock forging from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, integrating the input shaft spline section, support journal, and 1st gear teeth into a single unit. The clutch end features 14-tooth heavy-duty external splines (φ50mm), the middle journal is precision-ground for matching with the front cylindrical roller bearing, and the 1st gear teeth are carburized, quenched, and precision-ground. This results in surface hardness HRC 58–62(anti-pitting/wear) and core hardness HRC 33–45 (anti-impact fracture).

Performance: The monoblock design eliminates assembly gaps between the gear and shaft, ensuring high torsional rigidity for heavy-load operation. The hardened 1st gear surface resists wear during frequent starting and climbing, while the precision journal maintains shaft concentricity, reducing bearing wear and running noise.

Heavy-load power input: Transmits engine torque from the heavy-duty clutch to the HW25712 12-speed transmission main box, serving as the only power input channel.

1st gear torque multiplication: The integrated 1st gear meshes with the countershaft 1st gear, providing the highest torque ratio for starting and steep slope climbing of fully loaded heavy trucks.

Shaft positioning & support: The precision journal matches the front cylindrical roller bearing, maintaining input shaft coaxiality during high-speed rotation and avoiding radial runout.
