Structure: A combined synchronizer assembly, consisting of a high-strength alloy steel hub, sliding sleeve, steel synchronizer ring, and spring-loaded shift blocks. The hub and sleeve feature carburized and hardened teeth (HRC 58–62) for wear resistance; the synchronizer ring is precision-machined steel with a friction cone surface. The assembly is fully OE-matched for 12JS130T/160T gearboxes.

Performance: The steel friction cone rapidly equalizes gear speeds, eliminating clash during 3rd/4th gear shifts. High-hardness teeth ensure reliable torque transfer; spring-loaded blocks maintain precise sleeve-hub alignment. Resists heavy-duty vibration and high temperatures (-40°C to +120°C).
