Product Introduction

• Structure: Integrally formed by high-strength alloy steel hot bending, with a solid round bar structure and a uniform arc design adapted to the chassis layout. Both ends are processed with precision threaded holes and positioning pins, and the whole surface is coated with electrophoretic anti-corrosion layer + powder coating for double anti-rust protection, with reserved mounting positions for matching stabilizer bar links.

1. Anti-roll & Stability Enhancement: When the vehicle turns or passes through uneven roads, the stabilizer bar generates reverse torsion to suppress the roll of the vehicle body, reduce the side tilt of the cab and cargo box, and improve the driving stability and handling of the heavy-duty truck.

2. Suspension Balance Maintenance: Balances the pressure of the left and right front axle suspension springs, ensures uniform contact between the left and right tires and the road surface, maintains consistent ground adhesion, and avoids single-side tire overload or skidding.

3. Tire Wear Reduction: Keeps the tire tread evenly stressed by maintaining the balance of the front axle, effectively reducing uneven tire wear such as shoulder wear and extending the service life of the front tires.
