Product Introduction

Structure

This V push rod is a precision-forged and welded V-shaped assembly, constructed from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel. It features two elongated rod arms seamlessly welded to a central mounting yoke, with each arm terminating in a precision-forged end yoke fitted with a rubber bushing. The entire assembly is coated with a matte gray anti-corrosion finish, and the welds are subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure structural integrity. The rod arms feature a corrugated design to enhance flexibility and impact absorption, while the end yokes are precision-machined for secure chassis and axle attachment.

Performance

Crafted from premium 42CrMo alloy steel and treated with quenching and tempering heat treatment, the V push rod achieves high tensile strength, yield strength, and impact toughness, capable of withstanding extreme longitudinal and lateral loads generated by heavy-duty truck axles during driving. The gray anti-corrosion coating has excellent resistance to gravel impact, salt spray corrosion, and high-temperature aging, maintaining stable mechanical properties in the temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.

2. Maintains the precise relative position of the axle and the frame, ensuring the stability of the wheel alignment and avoiding tire abnormal wear caused by axle offset.

3. Restricts the movement track of the axle during acceleration, braking, and cornering, enhances the vehicle’s driving stability and handling performance, and shortens the braking distance.
