Structure

This upper thrust rod assembly features a one-piece forged alloy steel rod body with a high-strength black anti-corrosion finish. Both ends are integrated with precision-machined forged steel yoke connectors, each with dual-lug mounting interfaces designed for pivot pin installation. The rod body has a reinforced stepped structure at the joint with the yokes, and the surface is treated with anti-fatigue rolling to enhance structural integrity under dynamic loads.

Performance

Forged from premium 42CrMo alloy steel and heat-treated for optimal strength and toughness, it withstands extreme tensile, compressive, and lateral shear forces up to 120kN. The component maintains stable mechanical properties in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, and the anti-corrosion coating resists rust, gravel abrasion, and chemical corrosion. It ensures a service life of over 600,000 km in heavy-duty truck and engineering vehicle applications.
