This steering pump is a vane-type hydraulic power steering pump, with a precision-cast aluminum alloy housing and a high-strength steel rotor assembly. The pump body integrates two hydraulic ports (inlet and outlet) with white plastic protective caps to prevent contamination during storage and installation. The rear section features a black cast iron end cover, secured by high-tensile steel bolts, which houses the pressure relief valve and seal assembly. The entire unit is designed for direct mounting to the engine, with a mounting flange and drive shaft interface for power transmission, ensuring a compact and robust structure.
Performance
Constructed from premium aluminum alloy and cast iron, the pump delivers exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity, ideal for heavy-duty truck operation. The vane mechanism ensures efficient fluid delivery with low noise, while the pressure relief valve maintains a consistent operating pressure (typically 10–16MPa) to protect the system. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, resisting fluid degradation and seal failure, even under prolonged heavy loads.
