Structure & Material: Manufactured from high-strength 20CrMnTi alloy steel, with an internal splined bore and external gear teeth. The inner splines mesh with the range gear seat, while the outer teeth engage with the planetary gear set.

Heat Treatment: Full carburizing and quenching processes achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62 for wear resistance, while maintaining a core hardness of HRC 33–45 for impact toughness. The green coating on the splines enhances lubrication and reduces friction.

Precision Fit: Machined to tight tolerances, it ensures smooth axial movement and precise meshing with both the range gear seat and planetary gear set.
