All internal moving parts are lubricated by hydraulic oil, and the exterior is coated with a black anti-corrosion finish with clear model and port markings for quick identification and installation.
Performance
Crafted from premium ductile iron and alloy steel components, the steering gear undergoes quenching and precision grinding processes, delivering exceptional structural rigidity and wear resistance. It operates efficiently under a maximum hydraulic working pressure of 16MPa, with the recirculating ball mechanism ensuring ultra-low friction and smooth steering operation. The assembly maintains stable performance in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C, resisting oil leakage, pressure loss, and abnormal noise under heavy-duty long-term operation.
