The flange face is precision-machined to ensure perpendicularity with the main shaft, and the entire component undergoes high-frequency quenching and black oxide treatment, achieving surface hardness HRC 50–55for wear resistance, and core hardness HRC 30–35 for impact toughness.

Performance: The integral forging design ensures high torsional rigidity, preventing flange deformation under ultra-heavy loads. The precision-machined flange face ensures a perfect fit with the drive shaft, reducing driveline vibration and noise. The high-frequency quenched splined bore resists wear from long-term main shaft rotation, maintaining a secure connection for over 80,000 hours of operation.
