The metal casing is coated with anti-rust zinc phosphate for corrosion resistance, and the rubber compound is formulated to withstand high-temperature transmission oil.

Performance: The spring-loaded primary lip maintains consistent sealing pressure even as the shaft wears, preventing oil leakage for over 60,000 hours of operation. The NBR rubber compound resists swelling and degradation from high-temperature transmission oil, while the secondary lip blocks road dust and moisture from entering the gearbox. The rigid metal casing ensures a secure interference fit withthe transmission housing, preventing seal displacement under vibration.
