The surface undergoes anti-rust painting to resist corrosion from transmission oil and moisture, and the flange face is sealed with a rubber gasket to prevent oil leakage.

Performance: The rigid cast iron body maintains precise cavity dimensions under high-pressure operation, preventing rotor misalignment that would reduce pump efficiency. The precision-machined cavity ensures uniform clearance between the rotor and gear ring, maintaining stable oil pressure (0.2–0.6 MPa) across all operating conditions. The anti-rust coating and gasket seal ensure a leak-free service life exceeding 50,000 hours.
