It is paired with precision-machined forged steel yoke connectors at both ends, featuring a dual-lug mounting structure that matches the axle and frame brackets. The rod body is designed with a reinforced variable-diameter structure at the joint with the yokes, and the surface undergoes shot peening anti-fatigue treatment to eliminate internal stress and enhance structural durability.
Performance
Forged from high-quality 42CrMo alloy steel and processed through quenching and tempering heat treatment, the assembly achieves a perfect balance of high strength and toughness, capable of withstanding extreme compressive, tensile and shear forces up to 150kN. It maintains stable mechanical performance in the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, and the electrophoretic coating provides superior resistance to gravel impact, salt spray corrosion and chemical erosion, ensuring a service life of more than 600,000 kilometers under heavy-duty operating conditions.
