The tooth surface undergoes high-frequency quenching and precision grinding, achieving surface hardness HRC 52–56for wear resistance, and a core hardness of HRC 28–32 for impact toughness.

Performance: The high-frequency quenched tooth surface resists wear during long-term meshing with the oil pump rotor, maintaining consistent oil pressure for over 50,000 hours of operation. The positioning notch ensures stable fixation, preventing gear ring rotation that could cause pressure fluctuations or pump failure.

Oil pressure generation: As the fixed component of the gerotor pump, it meshes with the inner rotor to create variable-volume chambers, drawing oil from the sump and pressurizing it for transmission lubrication.
