Product Introduction

Structure

This front suspension bushing is a high-precision composite assembly, consisting of a forged aluminum alloy outer sleeve, a high-damping rubber core, and an integrated steel mounting bracket with dual through-holes. The aluminum alloy sleeve features a split-type structural design, which is vulcanized and bonded with the rubber core to form a flexible connection unit. The surface of the aluminum alloy part is treated with anodizing, and the steel part is coated with anti-corrosion paint, ensuring the structural integrity and assembly accuracy of the whole part.

Performance

The aluminum alloy outer sleeve provides excellent structural rigidity and light weight, while the high-damping rubber core is made of special formula rubber, which has outstanding vibration absorption performance and fatigue resistance. The product can stably withstand the complex alternating loads of the front suspension system under heavy-duty working conditions, with a suitable operating temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. It has strong resistance to oil, ozone and aging, and the split structure effectively avoids rubber deformation and failure caused by excessive stress, ensuring long-term reliable use.
