Product Introduction

Structure

This front leaf spring assembly adopts a multi-layer progressive laminated structure, composed of high-strength spring steel plates with different lengths and curvatures. It is equipped with heavy-duty spring clamps, a reinforced main leaf with an integrated eyelet, a precision-machined shackle end, and high-wear rubber bushings at both mounting ends. The whole assembly is coated with a black electrophoretic anti-corrosion layer to ensure structural stability and environmental adaptability.

Performance

Designed for heavy-duty working conditions, the assembly has excellent load-bearing capacity and fatigue resistance, and can withstand repeated bending and extreme impact loads. It maintains stable elastic performance in the temperature range of -40°C to 120°C, and the anti-corrosion coating effectively resists rust, salt spray and gravel wear, ensuring a long service life under standard heavy-duty truck operation.
