Product Introduction

• Structure: It is an integrated assembly composed of high-strength steel lock body, reinforced plastic lock hook, and a built-in torsion spring and positioning pin. The lock body is treated with black electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating, and the lock hook is made of high-toughness engineering plastic with wear-resistant and impact-resistant properties. It adopts a snap-fit locking structure with a built-in secondary safety lock to prevent accidental opening of the front cover during driving.

• Performance: The electrophoretic coating on the steel lock body provides excellent rust and corrosion resistance, adapting to harsh working conditions such as rain, snow and road salt erosion. The torsion spring ensures the lock hook rebounds quickly and locks firmly, and the high-toughness plastic lock hook can withstand repeated opening and closing without breaking.
