Structure

This engine mount cushion is a laminated elastomer-metal composite assembly designed for heavy-duty truck powertrain systems. It features two thick, precision-machined steel mounting plates (top and bottom) with multiple bolt holes for secure chassis and engine attachment, sandwiching a stack of high-performance rubber layers bonded to interleaved steel reinforcement plates. The top plate includes a central recess for precise alignment, and the entire assembly is finished with a matte gray anti-corrosion coating. Labels with part number and production information are affixed for traceability.

Performance

The rubber layers are formulated from high-grade, oil-resistant synthetic rubber, offering exceptional vibration damping, load-bearing capacity, and resistance to aging and abrasion. The interleaved steel plates enhance structural rigidity and load distribution, while the steel mounting plates ensure secure attachment. The assembly operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, resisting degradation from engine oil, chemicals, and UV exposure.
