Structure

This cross beam is a welded integral structural component custom-engineered for heavy-duty truck chassis systems. It features a core structure of a high-strength steel pipe bent into an optimized arc profile, welded at both ends to thickened rectangular steel mounting flanges with precision-drilled bolt holes. Reinforcing rib plates are welded between the pipe body and flanges to enhance structural stability. The entire assembly is finished with a matte gray anti-corrosion coating, and all welding seams are smooth and uniform to ensure structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
