Structure

This cabin front suspension shock absorber bottom bracket adopts an integrated precision stamping and forming process with high-strength structural steel as the base material, featuring a streamlined triangular reinforced design to maximize structural rigidity while achieving lightweight optimization. The bracket is equipped with a central cylindrical pivot sleeve (precision-machined for shock absorber installation) and multiple counterbored mounting holes on the irregular contour edge for chassis fixation.

Performance

Made of high-grade high-strength structural steel, the bracket undergoes overall strengthening heat treatment, exhibiting excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance, and can stably withstand the continuous alternating damping reaction forces generated by the shock absorber under heavy-duty vehicle operation. The gray electrophoretic coating has strong adhesion and provides superior protection against gravel impact, salt spray corrosion and industrial chemical erosion, maintaining stable mechanical properties in the temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
